Refund policy

In accordance with the Consumer Rights Act of May 30, 2014, Article 38 [Exceptions to the Right of Withdrawal], the right to withdraw from a contract concluded outside the business premises or remotely does not apply to contracts:

• where the subject of the service is a non-prefabricated item, produced according to the consumer's specifications or intended to meet their individualized needs.

REMEMBER, however, that under the law, if the product is defective, you are fully entitled to a warranty and complaint process.
